Campground Rule and Regulations

The following list of rules is for the protection of all our campers. Your cooperation will result in a more enjoyable camping experience for everyone involved. Campers shall inform their visitors of these rules.

QUIET HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10 P.M. AND 8 A.M.

Beaches and other Facilities
There are no lifeguards provided therefore, SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!.  No night swimming is allowed. Children are to be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children in the campground. A parent must accompany small children to the restroom. No Soap or shampoos are allowed in the lake. Clotheslines are permitted for the drying of bathing suits and beach towels only. There is no riding of bicycles after dark. Cap guns and fireworks are not permitted. Please do not litter the campground. The swim dock is for the enjoyment of all campers. Please do not submerge swim docks or buoys. No chairs are allowed on campground swim dock. Use caution around other swimmers.


Campsites and Refunds

The seasonal campsite fee covers two adults and dependent children. Additional adults or children using the site will be subject to charge. Subletting by equipment or site space is prohibited. A 5% commission will be assessed to all on site trailer sales. All construction is to conform to all state building codes. Maintenance of decks and boat docks are the camper's responsibility. No wooden construction to exceed handrail height. No pressure treated wood allowed. No Fences are allowed within the campground. Please do not nail anything to trees. Pre-cut firewood only - no cutting within the campgroud. Do not stack firewood against trees. No more than 1/2 cord of wood per site at any given time. Soft sided commercial screen rooms only. Maximum one refrigerator per site located within commercial screen room - No tarpaulins within the campground. No private playgrounds or swimming pools allowed. Please place all campfire ashes in the dumpster. Should a refund be necessary it will be computed by multiplying the daily rate for the site by the number of days the unit occupied the site since May 1st. Building is by written approval only. Do not paint rocks. No Colored stone allowed on campsites. Do not move fieldstone. Please do not cut through campsites. Do not move fireplaces. Washing machines and dryers are not permitted. No one hundred(100) pound gas bottles are allowed. Kindly refrain from using white spot-lights at your campsite.


Pets
No dogs allowed for weekend camping. Pets must be kept on site at all times. Pets are not allowed in the water at any time. Barking dogs are annoying, do not leave them unattended at your site. Sorry, no Pit Bulls, Rottweillers, Dobermans, Chow, Shepards, or Boxers allowed.

Telephone - Mailing
Emergency telephone calls will be delivered as soon as we are able. All other phone messages will be delivered at our convenience. A payhpone is located at the fountain area bathhouse for your convenience. Do not give out camp address for any mailing purposes. This includes camp telephone and cable bills. All outgoing mail accepted.

Vehicles
Gate cards are for seasonal campers use only. No motorcycles, trail bikes, etc. are to be operated in the campground except as transportation in and out. Speed limit in the campground is 8 miles per hour. Do not wash vehicles on your site. No changing motor oil in camp. Washing of trailers by appointment only. Car, boat and utility trailers are not allowed in the campground for storage during the camping season. All vehicles must display a seasonal sticker affixed to either the bumper or side window for purposes of identification.

Dumpster Hours
Hours 8:00 am to dusk. No propane bottles, refrigerators or tires accepted without charge.


VISITORS AND HOURS
All visitors must register and pay the visitors fee at the office before entering the campground. Day visitors shall leave the campground by 10:00 pm. Visitors are not allowed to bring dogs to the campground.

We are not responsible for any loss due to fire, theft, accident or any act beyond our control. This campground is private property. Any guest found destroying or damaging campground property will be expected to make due restitution. Violation of any of these rules or unreasonable/objectionable conduct is cause for termination on tenancy or visit. We reserve the exclusive right to make decisions in such matters.
